Our company specializes in the production of high-quality furniture components that are characterized by both aesthetics and durability. Our range includes products made of bent laminated plywood, laminated plywood, and solid wood. Our offered products find applications in various fields, from the furniture industry to interior architecture. Thanks to natural veneers and laminates, our products have a unique appearance that allows them to stand out in the market and increase the attractiveness of the offered goods.
Modern production plant
Guarantee of timely deliveries and uninterrupted production
The machinery park consists of many modern devices. Among the machines owned, there are as many as 16 hydraulic presses, which allow for precise shaping of bent-laminated plywood. We have 9 high-frequency generators (HFG), enabling efficient production of bent plywood elements. This allows the company to produce components with complex shapes and precise dimensions.
For the production of components with precise shapes, the company utilizes 6 CNC machines - 5-axis machining centers, as well as 1 CNC machine - 3-axis machining center. These machines enable the creation of highly precise elements and significantly reduce production time.
"COALA" PPH Adam Cygnar implements a project co-financed from European Funds called Increasing the energy efficiency of the company "COALA" PPH Adam Cygnar.
The project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Measure 4.2 Eco-enterprises of the Regional Operational Program of the Małopolska Region for 2014-2020.
The main goal of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the company's production building located at ul. Kolejowa 20 in Tuchów in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The material scope of the project includes the replacement of the heat source with a new, low-emission biomass boiler, modernization of the ventilation system with heat recovery and the use of an intelligent energy management system. The project implementation will contribute to the improvement of air quality and reduction of pollutant emissions to the atmosphere, including: dust, CO2, CO, SOx and NOx.
